Welcome to GREEN MACHINE Health!

Finding your way to vibrant health is a personal journey. A one-size-fits-all approach to diet, exercise and wellbeing rarely works for very long. It’s like mass producing a single article of clothing and expecting it to fit everyone. We are complex beings and need an individualized plan to find our way to optimal health. The challenges that face men and women in the realms of health, nutrition and fitness can be dramatically different and/or remarkably similar.

I've made a special practice of working with women and girls through all stages of the reproductive cycle - before the first menses to the last and beyond. Women are the backbone of the family and yet so many are struggling with health issues such as osteoporosis, high blood pressure, diabetes / gestational diabetes, elevated stress levels, reduced sexual libido, pain, menstrual cramps / PMS, excessive bleeding, anemia, fertility issues, difficulties with pregnancy such as miscarriage, pre-eclampsia and pregnancy induced hypertension to name a few.

With men, my practice focuses on helping them to regain the vitality that is all too easily lost over time. Commonly, men ignore their health and wellbeing. The consequences can be costly, including heart disease, stroke, elevated stress levels, hypertension / high blood pressure, pain, cancer of the skin, prostate and lungs, incontinence, depression, diabetes, obesity, erectile dysfunction, fertility issues, low testosterone, and the list goes on.

Most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good / bad foods, I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free from restrictions. With extensive knowledge, continuous research and a passion for holistic approaches to health and healing, I've helped countless men and women overcome their challenges and achieve vibrant health.

We're individuals. No one plan works for everyone. I will guide you in finding the foods and health choices that best support you. I will help you in making gradual, lifelong changes that suit your unique body, lifestyle, goals and preferences.
